Djimy Alexandre, the man behind The Speedy Man has been issued a Maritime Transportation Security card, the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). This is a federal government issued a biometric security credential that allows him unescorted access to secure areas of facilities, vessels, and all mariners holding Coast Guard.

In addition to this, he also has a clean driving record; he is a very courteous man, well presented, and a college grad with good credit risk and no criminal record.
